Great Photos Mom

The Human Family lost one of its members this last week.  After a full 16 year life, she was laid to rest this weekend.  She went comfortably and was dignified until the end.  

Rest In Peace Lucky.

Just a Refresher for anyone interested in  uploading photos to the Picasa Website

1. Go to this website: picasaweb.google.com (login using the same username and password as for this blog)

2. Click on the "New Album" Button.

3. Add a Title and whatever other information you want then click on the "Create" button.

4. Click on the "Upload Photos" Icon.

5. Now Select all of the Photos you want to upload. This is the same as adding files to an Email, just remember where the files are saved on your computer.

6. If you are a Mac user who puts their photos in iPhoto you may find this Useful.

Food Price Crisis and Haiti

Hey everyone,

Why aren't more people posting on this?
As I'm sure you've seen, the rising prices of food commodities are creating huge problems for people in the poorest countries of the world. Haiti is one of the worst affected and I've been asked to join an Emergency Response team which is leaving for Port au Prince tomorrow. The attached article is one of many published this week on the subject.

Human news

1) Helen has been accepted to Stanford's PhD program in Anthroplogy. She was also accepted at Cambridge but has turned them down. She'll be leaving for Stanford in the fall, even though she finds it frighteningly clean.
2) According to Facebook, Patrick Human is "in a relationship". If anyone has additional information, please advise.
